issue running maf only

ok so i just got my car out of the shipment yard the other day. so i start tuning it again. seems that i keep throwing a p1101(mass air flow sensor out of self test range) up till now i didn't think there was a minimum hz that the maf had to register.
anyhow it's registering at 910hz at idle which is causing problems with my idle. right now i'm looking at either raising the dynamic airflow to just above idle again or raising the idle to the point where it generates enough airflow to hit the 1,500hz cell. the other option is reducing the maf piping size to increase the maf resolution. the only problem with that is i'm allready hitting the 9,900 hz cell at only 15 psi when i go to 20+psi i know i'll max the maf if i reduce the maf piping diameter.
i really don't wanna rely on the ve at all considering this is a turbo car, and i really don't wanna raise the idle anymore, it's allready at 900rpm's.

so..................any other ideas to solve this?

Only option is to up the size the maf is in. Or if you don't have 3" pipe for a while before the maf it can cause problems. Like if it goes 2.5 and then 3" close to the maf.

yah i have a 3" maf pipe allready, but it's just before and after the maf, when i get the time i will be redoing all my charge piping to include the mafe pipe. i'm just wondering if the is another way that i can get the maf to read a bit higher at idle. ie hpt or something else, i really don't wanna rescale the maf though or go bigger than a 3" maf pipe just to fix an idle and cel issue.

I have my dynamic airflow set at enable at 5000 and disable at 5100 have 2 cells left to fill otherwise before I was maxing out the maf

Ya it's gotta be 3" for a while before the maf and 3" after the maf to the throttle body. Other then that I don't know if there is anything else you can do.

You will max out the maf very easily.
