no more wing

Is there anyway to remove the wing off my SS and patch the holes cleanly or am I just going to have to buy a new trunk?

when you remove the spoiler, it leaves some nasty holes. you could plug them, but it would be pretty difficult just because of the oddness of the holes, or tape the same color as your car. but either one of those still looks trashy. the price it would cost to have a shop weld and paint over the holes you could buy a brand new one without holes. the best option would be to find someone with a wingless trunk in town and see if they would like to trade. i left a sticky note on someones windshield at best buy, they called me back and wanted to swap. nothing better than free.

^well said sir, plus taking your wing off leaves a bunch of glue that is a pain in the ass to get off
