intake manifold won't work for the regular injection guys because there is no where to put an injector FYI (if thats why you are interested in this)

If figured it would be easier than making everything myself or getting it custom made, like i figured it would just bolton its the same motor.

Well the intake won't work since there are no injector holes, an intake from the 2.4 would probably work. Exhaust manifold on the LNF is for a dual scroll (has a split exit) and I think has a non-standard bolt flange on the turbo side.

on the LSJ's, arent the injectors holes in the head?... not the manifold... i almost positive about this.. i had to remove the intake mani for my dual pass plate.

so if im correct, why wouldnt the LNF intake mani work?

hmm, I just assumed they were in the intake since its normal injection

direct injectors go into the head obviously

LSJ is on top, LNF is on bottom, I was wrong on the LSJ, injectors do go into the head. Although on the LSJ the injectors are above the intake and on LNF they are below. Subsequently it looks like the position and angle of the intake is different as well as the port profile and whatever secondary passages are there. The bolt pattern/layout still looks the same.

Couldn't get good pictures of the exhaust manifolds, but they both use 10 studs and look fairly similar.

LSJ has injectors that run @ 40-65 psi and spray in the intake port of the head and has to go past the valve and into the cylinder.

LNF has injectors that run @ 2000+ psi and spray directly into the cylinder (there is an extra hole in the head and the tip protrudes in the combustion chamber). More atomized spray & better spray distribution allow for more complete/efficient combustion.

I would also like to know the part number because I need a good intake manifold for my car. I could drill my own injector ports for my secondary injection pretty easily with the TB being located on the bottom as well.

well I have a printout of the intake manifold with part number and price. I could post it up tomorrow or possibly later today. depends on how late I start my car up.

I algso have the diagram of the manifold as well and it looks like its gonna work perfectly for a LSJ or L61 that wants to go turbo. it also looks like I will have no problems running secondary injectors since the whole top side of the manifold is open.
