HID wont turn on

well i just had the worst day installing my HID. The problem was that the headlight HID wouldnt turn on and the Fog HID worked just fined. I double check the connection but they just wouldnt turn on and it was really frustrating trying to get them to work it took me most of the day. Any help anyone.

Check the fuse & make sure it's in there properly. Mine wouldn't turn on because the fuse was "unsettled" So I would shake it in mine & they would turn on.

I took them to a professional and he said that the HID kit was messed that it was sending the current backwards. As well that my car isnt made for HID Conversation that it wont power up the ballast. We tried a better HID kit but a different result it burned the fuse right out. He pop in a stronger fuse but the wires where getting very hot and eventually the fuse would of bursed. All in all am very confused how come most of the people have no problems at all and i do.

I got the kit from vvme. com which is a vendor from ebay. But he clearly stated that no HID kit would work in my car.

any hid kit should work, i dont see why the car woudnt work with hid's.
Especially since hid's use less power than standard halogen bulbs

Did it come with a relay, or just the plug and play harness?

vvme.com is possibly the worst vendor you could buy HID's from. Not only do they ship crappy knockoffs from China, last time I tried to order, they did not send anything for over 3weeks until I started threatening them with a chargeback (which I did).

I got my money back and bought a quality kit. I would recommend either retro-solutions.com or xenondepot.com (where I got mine).
