Exclamation problems?? door locks & wiper fluid

Title says it all my door locks dont work and either side and my windshield wiper fluid pump doesnt turn on so i cant get any fluid to my windshield. Now that is getting colder out and my windshield is starting to freeze i really need to get it fixed. Another thing is on the inside fuse box passenger side the panel shows a whole bunch of fuses but there not there...... any one know what i mean?

Did they just stop working? Or did they never work?

If they just stopped working (they once worked before) then look on the back of the panel that u take off to get to the fuses, im sure there are alot of dummies (and unless they have never worked, then you should have checked that before u bought it)

Im guessings its a fuse.. do you hear any noise when you hit the lock button?

I would just take it to the dealership and make them fix it if you less than 3 years, 36K...
