LF stock springs
LF stock springs
well I got a pretty bad vibration in my car and the dealership said it is because it is lowered. Long story short I need to buy or borrow the stock springs so that I can test what is is they are saying. If anyone nows of any that would be awsome.
They are not lying to you. When you lower any car without buying complimentary shocks, the ride is going to be stiffer and rougher. That is why when I bought my Eibachs, I also bought the Koni yellow shocks too. You would never know that my car is lowered by how smooth it rides with Koni shocks to go with the lowering springs.
I think they are bullshitting you!
I have had my car lowered for 2 yrs now on sportlines.
i have 82,000 KMs on my car and still have factory shocks.
i do not get no viberations other then what i get with the tranny mounts
dealerships are stupid! i took my car in once for bad shaking in the stering wheel they said wheels out of ballance, they re ballance them and problem still there!
i took my car to a friends shop "Miller Tire" and they looked at my wheels and said you need 4 new wheels, they are all chopped to ****.
when you run cheap tires its known to happen, the tread will wear in a up and down pattern and 80% of the time you can feel it when running your hands along the tread.
i would recomendyou taking your car to Miller Tire in New Bruswick, tell them whats going on and get them to look. they know what they are doing!
good luck

they are in moncton in the park are they not? yes the car dones not have a softes ride in the world because I just changed the springs, but the more time that passes the more the car "wiggles". I have never felt anything like it before in a car. now that you say about the tires mine and SHOT I will find out this week when I put my winters on if that is the problem. But I would still like to find the stock spring for the winter(cant afford to get another car this year for the winter)
I know the ride sucks. My problem is when I give it gas the whole car shakes BAD!!! I really dont know what my problem is. But we will start with changing my tires and I would like to pick those springs up.
there was some tread separation but it didnt seen all that bad the dealershit couldn't even tell me that all they could say is that is was because it was lowered....FN dumb dealership. I now have no faith.
