The Mass Air Flow Sensor is the little plug you'll see that connects into the side of where your intake is. They should sell some of the cleaner at your local Advance if I'm not mistaken.

There are spray cans specifically for and aptly named throttle body cleaner... might want to remove it to do a proper job... maybe bore it out slightly while you have it off too.

the MAF (mass air flow sensor) meters incoming air entering the engine and reports its findings back to the computer so the computer can determine the amount of fuel needed.

The throttle body is the portion containing the butterfly which based on throttle position allows for more or less air to enter by opening or closing.

I would say if you don't know where they are you might not want to do it yourself. Yes it is very easy to, but you might want to look up some info on the parts and learn some at the same time.

Why do you want to clean them anyways? Our cars shouldnt be old enough to warrant it considering my truck has 200k miles and some offroad abuse and it's TB barely has anything on it.

My TB gathered some crap after running the aftermarket intake.. I spray and wipe mine down periodically with some throttle body cleaner.. As for the MAS, I just unscrew it, and wipe it down with a moist cloth.. Seems to work alright?

A moist alcohol pad works pretty well. I would be very careful when handling the MAF sensor.

Or you might end up having to replace it like mine....
