ok well just as the title says i test drove an 08 tc today and i have to say it didnt live up to the hype, now dont get me wrong it was a blast to drive handleing acceleration ride quality were great, but it just felt to docile for me comeing from my 06 ss/sc w/ some mods. my car is def a touch faster and will handle just as well thanks to the front and rear sway bars and some good tires. breakingh is the only catagory were the tc felt substantially better. the interior was nice but i prefer the recaro seats in my ss/sc. i also have to say the clutch felt totally different i almost stalled twice. but its an 08 w/ 350miles it was a demo car and they want 17 for it and offerd me 13 for my balt which i still owe 15 on but it would probly lower my payment by about 100$ a month so who knows at this point, im paying 450 now and i financed 24500, this on looks to be right around 20k after the buy out ill know more in a few days if my loan gets approved

i would suggest not getting backwards on a car to start out.

 

yea thats what im thinking considering i was upsidedown on my the balt i have now lost 1.5k to a trade in but thats the breaks of the game i guess. i would only do it i fi could lower my monthly payment. but i doubt ill trade in fo a new balt only bc i just didnt like it enough to be worth another 4 years of payments, when ill be free and clear from this balt in 2 more years. but i applied at my bank for a 20k loan if i goies threw i might look into an older vette C4 most likely. or a c5 if its the right price who knows. im notdoing anthing unless the payment will be substantially lower
