Headlight Reflector
Headlight Reflector
So, my headlight reflector popped out of its spot the other day, now it's just bouncing around inside my headlight housing. I have a feeling I already know the answer to this, but does anyone know of a way I can pop it back in without separating the lens from the housing?
1) Take out headlight
2) Take out bulb, etc
3) Establish which pin it came off of (there are 3 possible pins... and it's probably the adjustment one)
4) Screw in adjustment screw, to set pin in further
5) Take hair dryer to inside to soften up the pin 'sockets'
6) Reach inside with finger (or other tool), pull like hell, and hope it pops back onto the pin.
I had the same thing happen once... and the above seemed to work fairly well.

im sorry, i should have said this better. it wasnt the headlight reflector, but the orange reflector on the side of the headlight, not the turn signal, but the small square one.
same thing happened to mine twice. the first time i fixed it without opening the headlight and it fell out 2 days later. lol. then i opened it up and krazy glued that bitch. btw you want to fix this quickly, my reflector warped a little from so much heat in front of the headlight
