Funny Find (My POS 72 DUB)

Ok, so when my SS/SC was in the shop for a month getting the new engine, I drove my 72 Bug around. It is a complete rust bucket, but still runs like a champ. This guy took a picture of it at DropJaw when they were in Charleston, and I was like WTF? There is no way someone would want to take a picture of my POS, but lone behold there it is on the internet now! By the way, the picture looks decent because I cleaned it and put on some tire shine, but if the picture was up close, you'd see there is rust all over it!

I plan on slamming it and repairing all the rust panels. On Germanlook.com they are putting Subaru EJ20T motors in the back of the 1800 lb car! Put some 17" wheels on there and have some fun! It'll will be a long project though.

I've got a buddy who has a 63 VW bug. He has invested $$$ money into. He has fully restored it. (wasn't to bad to begin with). He dropped in a 1.8L with a Paxton S/C. Man, that little car flys now.
