I`m planning on doing a 2.5 pulley with the zzp heat exchanger and the AIS stage 1 trunk mount meth kit. Will my boost levels be safe? I just need to know what is going to break on my engine with about 20-21 psi.

Make sure you never run out of meth, it's going to keep you cool more than any of that other stuff. As far as whats going to blow, with that boost you should be fine but if you get a bad tune say by to the piston ringlans. I would shoot for just over 11:1.
