Tensioner pulley.
Is the tensioner pulley supposed to be rounded on the outside surface with no grooves? I bought one in the lot that I bought and the outsides are smooth and I don't want to sell it to someone and have it be the wrong thing. I looked the PN up on gms site and it says water pump pulley?

Anyone know where this would fit into the system it says water pump pulley or something but I know the guy i bought off of was going to use it in place of a st 2 belt but have no clue how
