2.2L to 2.0L SC swap?

i have a 2005 ls and my friend just wrecked his 2005 2.0L SS SC last weekend and i plan to follow where it goes to possibly pull the engine and trans. Is it possible to successfully swap engines without TOO MUCH work involved?

To pull the engine and trans it would be like $300 how much more would you expects in order for this to work.

btw i have too many miles to just add a tc or sc on there so thats also out of the question

once again. It is possible to have the 2.0 put in, but you'll have a good/fun time trying to get it running properly.

its infinitely easier to just supercharge the 2.2, or if youmust have an LSJ, then trade your car, but an LSJ in a LS/LT is an electrical nightmare

make sure you take the pcm and bcm (body control module/fuse box in the center console) as well as the trans and shifter and the gauge cluster its possible take every bit of wire you see hanging as well

Just take the supercharger and swap, why even bother with the rest?

exactly!!! i mean if it costs under 500 or so i mean I'm all in but if its gonna be an "electrical nightmare" and not worth it I'll drop it now.
