Pics on a Nice Day

So I washed my Laser Blue Metallic 2.4 SS today and decided to take some nice pics since I didn't have any yet. I know it's kinda boring since it's mostly stock, but some of these turned out nice. They look a little fuzzier since I uploaded them on here, but oh well.

PS. I used some new Armor All Low Shine on the interior and it looks amazing. I highly suggest trying it.

Thanks. When it's clean, that color really shines. I don't have any pics from at night... but that color really looks great at night too. I'll have to work on getting a tripod set up and taking some nice night shots.

I was thinking about taking it off of the back. I want the SS on the front, but I don't like the notches that stick up and down in the center of the grill from the bowtie. I think the SS would look better on the front if those notches didn't stick out. And I'm also going to take off the GM badges on the sides.

use a heat gun when removing the bowtie.....unless you want to spend a good 25 minutes scraping off the rubber that will be left behind.....LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

Looks good!

If I had seen this color on a Cobalt in person, I just migh have ordered it. I saw it on Malibus and Impalas, and it was purple in my opinion. But all the Cobalts in it look great!

It looks more blue than the 2.2s. It's obviously just a mind trick... but to me the 2.2s seemed purplish in this color. Maybe it's the styling of the SS that makes it look "bluer."

I ordered my car in Spetember. They had not produced any Cobalt in it yet, so I couldn't see one. It was just after Arrival Blue was discontinued (which I originally wanted).

Anyhow, it sure looks good in those pics!

Ew I know. I've been washing the outside of it every few days... just a spray on and off at the local car wash. It needed cleaned bad inside. I vacuumed it and did the Armor All. The outside is looking nice too... I just need to wax it. I didn't have enough time to wax it earlier. Hopefully we'll get some nicer days next week too... then I can wash and wax it. Maybe I'll get my bowtie and GM emblems off before then... that way I can wax the bare spots.

Looks Great. I wish I could clean mine, Every time I do it rains or snows the next day. So I am not cleaning it up other than a hose until further notice Someday it will warm up....
