Well, In October my local dealership put new axles in my car. While my car was on the heist at the exhaust shop yesturday, i was looking around and i noticed that there was some transmission fluid on the bottom of the transmission under the drivers side axle. From what i can see, it looks like its coming from around the axle.
What would this be? Could it be the drivers side axle seal???
Someone wanna shed some light on this
Its not running down the tranny or anything, just looks wet around the area where the axle is!!

I found a service bulletin about the automatic tranny:
Bulletin No.: 01-07-30-032D
Date: October 30, 2006
TECHNICAL
Subject: Transmission Oil Leaking From Transmission Vent (Replace Transmission Case Cover (Channel Plate) Gasket)
Models: 1997-2007 GM Passenger Cars and Light Duty Trucks (including Saturn)
with Hydra-Matic 4T65-E Automatic Transmission (RPOs MN3, MN7, M15, M76)
Supercede:
This bulletin is being revised to update the correction information. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 01-07-30-032C (Section 07 -Transmission/Transaxle).
Condition
Some customers may comment on a transmission oil leak.
Cause
This condition may be caused by an improperly torqued channel plate gasket.
Correction
To correct this condition, replace the case cover (channel plate) gaskets (429 and 430). Refer to Unit Repair publication in SI of the appropriate vehicle being serviced.
Visual inspection of the upper gasket (1) will reveal damage at the referenced area
