Nice kill. But a HEAVILY modded car vs what looks to be a stock GTR isn't really a fair comparison. I'm no GTR fanboi but come on.

It actually makes that GTR that much more impressive. Stock and it pulled down and amazing time.

I dont know why people are hating on the GTR, it is a beautiful car. Don't be pissed because you cant afford it. I seen one in person the other day and I loved it.

 

its that it was so hyped up and it didnt turn out to what everyone thought is was going to be. nissan voiding warranties also put a sour taste in everyones mouth

I dont give a rats ass about the warranty on a bentley, the car is bad ass and I will never afford it

Now performance potential while it was not as much as initially advertised that is a low 12 second car out of the box with a shitty ass driver.

A good driver and you are in the 11's. AWD on top of that.... man that car is a killer

and to boot, we don't know how long the tranny will last even if u NEVER launched it......that will be the real issue in the near future with the GTR

As a car, the GT-R is nice... but it's like owning an automatic weapon... you cannot use it without severe regulations that you must follow. Nissan's requirements for the GT-R's ownership is so outrageous that it makes Nissan look like the Third Reich. At least with the S2000, you can race it without Nissan being a) up your ass about it, and b) charging you out the ass to do post event maintenance on it.

Plus anyways, anyone with money can buy a supercar that is fast from the factory. Turning a S2000 into a fast car is , however, a much more difficult process.

 

That's absolutely true. I know a lot of guys with Hondas and Nissan doesn't give a **** what they do to their cars. But getting them to actually perform any warranty work is a pain in the ass.
