2.0 L v. 2.4 L

I am new to the site and have the base model ls coupe. I am wanting to get an SS S/C but have a question. What is different about the 2.0 L SS S/C and the 2.4 L SS? I am a little confused!

thing called a supercharger which is on the 2.0

Thank you c7015, that makes alot more sense. I definetley think that the SS S/C is that way to go!
