Trifecta tuning is available!!!

Hello everyone!

My name is Chip Schneider, and I am a dealer for Trifecta Performance.

I can offer custom tuning for your vehicle.

I am able to tune cars in the Houston, San Antonio and Austin areas. Further upon special request(working out a deal right now with a gentleman from El Paso).

If you are interested in a tune please send me a private message with your name, address, VIN number, make, model, year and modifications that you have done to your car.

With this tune, you will maximize your AFR, and get the most out of your modifications on your vehicle. Also, if you have an automatic, this tune can give you the effects of a B&M shift+ unit without having to have the unit.

At this moment in time, the list of vehicles that I can tune is available here: List of available vehicles

Prices:

Initial tune(this is for most vehicles able to be tuned) $225 (this includes data logging and a retune if there is room for improvement)

Retune after you have changed something(ex. new intake since the initial tune) $55 (this will also include a data log and retune if needed)

If you perform a modification that is quite a change(ex. forced induction on a 2.2/2.4) the pricing will be a little different. Pm for details on this pricing.

Features being worked on currently include no-lift shift and launch control for the vehicles without LNF. This should be available in the near future.

Also, when I get the tune for your car from Vince, he also sends me your car's stock tune in case you ever need to go back to stock for warranty work or something.

How it works: You send me the information, I can either take the payment when I get there to tune you(will have to wait 30 minutes or so to get the tune written and emailed from Vince) or you can pre-pay a few days before so Vince can write the tune ahead of time(this way there will be no waiting to tune your car), I then flash your car. We drive around a little to data log, send the data log to Vince, he emails me back about if he can improve things anymore. If so, I will put the updated tune on and we can run another data log.

Regular pricing for a Trifecta mail-order tune: $285(i believe)

If you have any questions please send me a private message.

Thank you or your time, I look forward to hearing from you.
Chip Schneider

Well, in June I will be going through Missouri on my way to see friends. I could stop by and tune your car for you if you are really interested. Let me know.

SedanMan, I will get an exact date and pm you when I know. If that won't work for you I can contact your nearest dealer for you and see what I can work out for you.

heres the thing.....if u go back to stock for tuning, your gonna have to pay more. If you get a new ecu your in good shape, but the ecu remembers that you have had a tune if the dealer wants to look they can....other than that this sounds good

I'm sorry, but I don't exactly understand what you mean. I'm slightly out of it right now because the antibiotics I am on make me dizzy. Please explain. Thank you.

I think I must have been unclear. i will do the tuning in person. I will have my tuning hardware with me and I will do the flashing myself.

All the hard stuff is done by someone else(writing the tune and putting it on the car). So all you have to do is wait and drive once the flash is done.

That's exactly how it works! I guess I was clear. Like I stated earlier, I am a little dizzy today.

He means that every time you write to the ECU it keeps track of it. A tech can (supposedly) see the number of writes and if it's more than 2-3 they'll generally use it as a crutch to deny warranty claims.

But no matter who does the tunes you'll have this problem.
