my name is John. I have a 2001 J-Body. For years now we have had monthly J-body meets. First Saturday of every month. We would like to get some other GM FWD cars involved. We usually meet around 8-8:30pm talk, then go somewhere and eat. After that sometimes we cruise, or whatever people want to do. We have a couple GTP's that come from time to time as well. This past Saturday was our lastest meet. Met a Jess with a Silver SS 2.4 manual. Very nice car and clean. If anyone else would like to come out please do. I will try to post on here the week before next month. We also have monthly meets in Ocala, and people who drive from Daytona to jax from times to time. Also We are having a annual JBody meet in Orlando May 5-6. The 5 is track night in orlando, and the 6 is a car show at Race Rock. We currently do not have a class for Cobalts but would like to get you guys involved, so next year we could. Hope to hear form some of you.

I'll be moving down to Mayport in April sometime keep me posted and I'll try and make it out.

OCALA!!!! sweeet jesus we will have to work something out in sept. im origionaly from ocala but im here in Charlotte nc right meow, this is awesome im gonna be down in ocala, orlando, and tampa from sept. 18-23rd so we most deff gotta meet up, id like to rally together and maybe get some photos!

Sweet. My best friend is the one who heads up the Ocala meets, so I can help with getting that ging for you. I might even be able to make it myself. We usually take turns going to each others meets.

Just found out today that they plan to have 3 awards for non JBody's. Probably Best of and 2 runner ups. Keep in mind this will be for all other non JBody's. Grand Prix's included. Tonight I will post up a link to the flyer that has more info on the show. We have a host hotel with a group rate of $44.95 a night King or 2 double beds. We only have 20 rooms at that rate. We would love to have as many Cobalts there. Also GM is a semi sponsor as well. A personal friend of mine and GM employee who is over the Speciality cars and trucks should be there (he was last year). he wants to see Cobalts there.
