Rear Wheel Clicking/Grinding?

Would this be a wheel hub or bearing? And how would i check it? I took the wheel off everything looks fine except the wheel itself fully torqued down is leaning about 1/4 further out on the top than my passenger side. It's so loud I won't even drive it.... most noticable under acceleration. Thanks for replies in advance. I can't seam to find any threads about checking the wheel bearing?

Jack it up and try to wiggle the wheel / tire back and forth, if the bearings are toast you will be able to feel (and maybe hear) it.
