It happened to me.. I need to bring it in. Its a common thing to happen - that plastic joint is far too weak.

It happened to me too. TWICE! Get it replaced under warrenty and get an aftermarket one. CIA is working on one that has a real nice snap on fitting.

Mine actually broke off when I was taking off the stock intake to install my Hahn intake. And now it seems like that piece even wants to slip off of the Hahn intake, but it mostly stays on, LOL.

That's the flux capacitor sensor without it the car won't fly lol jk but I think its the sensor for the air idk just my guess but yea fix it quick cause it could lead to bigger problems

Me.TWICE. Fixed once under warranty; superglued the second time-dealer is aware. It's the oil breather line-make sure you disconnect before f'ing with the airbox.I'll probably go aftermarket but this shouldn't be the reason.

Also you'll wanna tape the intake up good so your turbo doesn't inhale anything it shouldn't

Mine needs to go in to get it replaced. Not sure if they fixed the owners manual for '09, but in the '08 manual if you're changing the air filter it says to disconnect the connector for the MAF sensor but the picture shows the breather line being disconnected. I think whoever was writing the manual got them confused on what they are. If you don't take it off prior to trying to remove the air box lid to change the filter you run a greater risk of it cracking off.

Happened here too. You should obviously find it no surprise that the intake tube is on back order....It's a joke. Hopefully this is fixed in the new intake tubing in the stage 1 kit.
