well I was at a meet the other night, popped my hood and relized that something broke....can you see it??? well long story short, chevy is going to have my car for about a week and they gave my this awesome 4-door lt automatic X D (I guess im lucky to get a looner)

Mine actually broke off when I was taking off the stock intake to install my Hahn intake. And now it seems like that piece even wants to slip off of the Hahn intake, but it mostly stays on, LOL.

Also you'll wanna tape the intake up good so your turbo doesn't inhale anything it shouldn't

Mine needs to go in to get it replaced. Not sure if they fixed the owners manual for '09, but in the '08 manual if you're changing the air filter it says to disconnect the connector for the MAF sensor but the picture shows the breather line being disconnected. I think whoever was writing the manual got them confused on what they are. If you don't take it off prior to trying to remove the air box lid to change the filter you run a greater risk of it cracking off.
