brakes are'nt pumping up properly...help!

brakes are'nt pumping up properly...help!

Just got done bleeding the crap out of my brakes and i dont get any stopping power till i hit the floor and even then its not what its supposed to be...any suggestions?

you probably still got air in the lines, did u do them in the right sequence?

bake when I painted my calipers I had that problem.......got new brake fluid, blead the fronts, then rears, filled it bake up and BAM! good as new!

If you replaced your pads or retracted the rear pistons for any reason make sure you work your park brake several times for good measure.

Try bleeding it again, make sure the 'pumper" strokes the pedal slowly and always maintains pressure on pedal when you have bleeder open. try not opening the bleed screw as far, just open it enough to get a good stream of fluid, dont open it enough so far that its "wiggly", its can suck air in through the threads that way.

You should bleed farthest to closest to the reservoir!

Because thats what the service manual says, and our cars have a diagonally split hydraulic system.

Just as I thought....its just ATE Super Blue, you can get that cheaper other places. (good fluid, what I use)
