yea totally, its not that bad putting them on, they only drop 1"/front, 1.3"rear, they wont have much affect on your shocks, you should get them

I have Progress springs also. They will settle quite a bit. They will drop almost as much as Sportlines eventually. The ride quality with them is excellent unless you hit a big bump. I am debating between adding Koni's to my current setup or getting Stance coilovers when they are finally available.

You might as well wait until your stock struts crap out. I wish I had SS/TC struts. They have 30% more damping than SS/SC struts. TC struts shouldn't bottom out as easily as mine do.

i am thinking about H&R springs. and yea, why do you say TC>Konis? konis help with the drop. walk around on your knees all day, and thats how the car feels with factory struts and lowering springs...

plus they dont have konis that will fit the TCs yet.

Koni's have a shorter stroke, so they are better for lowered cars. They also have adjustable damping. The Koni's should work on a TC. The fronts are just sleeves that fit inside the stock strut tube. I am anxious to see what the Tokico struts are going to be like when they come out. I would rather have a complete new strut assembly rather than having to re-use my rusty stock struts.
