When Im idealing out of gear . I hear a rattling sound. What do you think it could be??

Need more info like where the sound is originating from !

My guess would be your cam chain if the sound is coming from the engine bay.
There is some what of a known problem with the tensioner.

If the rattle is on the right side of the engine by the pulleys ,I would say thats what it is.

Otherwise it could also be your cat,is the sound is coming from under the car or any metal particles on your bumper or back of the car?

 

Check the alignment of your muffler bearings.

 

I bet you submitted a how to on that didnt you?

It is the shield that covers the cat..
