I had this on my SS with my old exhaust setup. I took it off because I went with a larger diameter exhaust that couldn't fit the cutout. It is 2.5" and comes with all wiring and the instructions to hook it up. It does have some wear and tear from being under my car and the original owner's car (and scraping on the damn speed bump at my work lol) but it worked just fine when I took it off and is really neat to have. I had it right where the stock SC 2.5" crush bends down to 2.25", so it was a full 2.5" exhaust from the catback. Also sounded sweet because it was mounted after the resonator which deepened the tone and eliminated the rasp.
