Alright,

I have some more information on my cars problem. I have a 2006 SS/SC and the airbag light is on and my computer reads "SERVICE AIRBAG". The car was hit in the driver side rear quarter, but the car has been repaired and the only bag that went off was the driver side impact bag. Bag was replaced and the seat belts were also replaced. The belts are not tight and everything works just fine, but I ran my car on a diagnostic and got these codes...

B0022 RF Pretensioner Deploy Loop

B0085 LF Side Impact Sensor - (Where is this located?)

The side impact makes sense, but I am not sure what the "Pretensioner Deploy Loop" is.

Will this sensor work for the B0085 code? Found it on eBay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_3779wt_1309

 

The module for the air bag has to be replaced or reset by the dealer.

 

So i can just replace the side impact sensor with the one from the link I have posted in the thread?

What about a pretensioner loop deploy?

 

The air bag module is a computer under the console that has to be replaced anytime the bags deploy.
