Arrow Dealership Screwing Around

So, 2 weeks ago I bring my car in to the dealer with a complaint of a throwout bearing. he says he was Unable to mimic the problem but I don't stop there. Luckily I took a video clip of it and put it on a thumb drive. Go figure his laptop won't load the video. But wait, Lucky again I posted the video on youtube. No way to not see it now, he watches it, sees that I have an issue but does nothing.
The service manager continues to say "I have to talk to my District Manager before I go forth with anything."
While test driving it, while turning right and accelerating he notices a new noise, only while accelerating does it give out this sound as if my tire is rubbin on the sidewall, or something similar. I guess this put a flag up for him, because now we are not talking about my throwout bearing but now we are talking my transmission as well.
So yet again he continues to say I have to speak to my district manager before we can do anything, that he will call me as early as next week(Which was last week).
Waiting, waiting, waiting. I finally give up and realize these guys are just f$*%(ing the dog, so I contact GM Canada. Yet another almost impossible place to talk to an actual person. (They still haven't called me back yet either)
The main thing I am getting at is I am still under my 100,000K powertrain warrenty which the service manager specifically said that the problems that my car is having are covered.

BUT.
He finally calls me back today. After 2 week, Tells me that the District Man watched the video but is not conviced there is anything wrong because Video/audio is enhanced when it is recorded (So I must have been shaking ball bearings in a can behind the camera). Anyways, He Doesn't have no problem in tearing down my transmission but if they find any signs of abuse, it voids my warrenty.
Not knowing until it is apart, so if it was abused, automatic charge of $720 min for a transmission teardown.
I tell him "Funny thing, I've owned my Cobalt for a year and a half, and still running the factory(Cheap) forza, or forzna, or whatever they are called tires on the car" "An old lady can drive the car and still ware more tire than what I have.
He said "I don't know how you treat your car, but if the previous owner abused the car, then the burden is on my shoulders. He continued to say that they looked into my history of my car and found that the Transmission was replaced at 12,000km and warrenty didn't cover it.
I Just don't see how it is my fault that the previous owner abused a car that I now own, and that it's my fault that the damn car is falling apart because of it.

I half feel I'm up the creek here, What do I do!, I'm so frusterated I don't even wanna drive my car anymore

Soo mad this afternoon, if I didn't still have such a lean on my car I would have traded er in for a honda... Now that's sad.

HELP! ADIVCE! LIGHTER AND MATCHES! ANYTHING
Thanks guys.

yeah district service managers are *******...I dealt with one face to face when i was having my axle issues...He was claiming that because i was young, it was due to abuse so i tore a piece off of him and told him that if my car wasnt fixed by 5pm then i was going to stop all form of payments (it was a lease) and i was calling my lawyer. Any how, a half hour later my car was diagnosed and new axles were on the way......You have to threaten them......

Good luck bud

their being dicks about stuff lately. but funny part is their gonna claim it was "abuse" anyways on the tranny as there is no actual way to tell if there wasn't or was abuse cause if the tranny is going with such low km's on it already then something is broken and causing it like "abuse"

Angry Since the last time!

Finally heard back from GM Canada,
They said the Ball is in my court. I have to allow them to tear down my transmission and take pictures for the warrenty person in Ontario to look at them.
If they do find signs of abuse, or whatever, then it's my coin.
I told her that I bought the car Last January and have invoices from like the first month stating that there were problems and that there was nothing that they could duplicate.
So GM Canada wants all the invoices I have indicating the times I've been in for tranny issues (Which I have lots dating back to almost purchase date) and that all she can do is help me best she can.
So I'm no farther ahead and this tranny job may still cost me
Soo discusted!!

I would pass on Forbes, they are the worst for warranty. I never had any problems with Oregans though.
