Whatever happened to Victory Red SS's RWD project that started back in 2006? Did he ever finish it?

How to make a RWD cobalt:

Go spend a couple hundred grand just to not even use the LSJ and still not have a running car 3+ years later and for some reason have a bunch of morons worship your so called "innovation".

Sounds like fun, can I try?

Why exactly is what Victory is attempting "so called innovation" A street legal rwd Cobalt would definitely be something new or novel.....pretty sure thats the very definition of innovative. Stop being a tool.
