Tuning auto tranny

Is there anyone familiar with tuning the auto tranny for the cobalt? I supercharged my 2.4 a few months ago and there's a delay in response when I hit the gas from a dead stop. If I go half - full throttle from a stop the engine kind of bogs and takes a couple seconds before it actually takes off. A couple days ago he was messing with a table that actually fixed the problem, but it fucked my air fuel up big time and wasn't even close to being driveable. So he turned it down a little so it driveable, but there's still a slight delay when I hit the gas. Anyone know why?

Putting a new tranny in my car is not really an option. It'd be cheaper to just buy a different cobalt with the 5 speed in it already, but that's still not going to happen. There's a way to tune it, I know someone here knows how
