Boost Gauge dosn't move at all

when im driving my boost gauge dosn't budge at all. help!!!!

i just went through complete inspection today and they said everythins fine but it still aint working.

demand a new one or go to a new dealer, they cant decide if the gauge is working properly internally.

I have 2 gauges, one froze at 7psi. I put the other one in, which I know it works properly and it just sits at 30. I have no codes so I know it's not a map sensor. I don't feel like diagnosing this myself, looks like some people have experienced it already.
