so i just bought a pair of gen 1 halos. and the passenger side wasn't lighting up properly. The leds, the running lamps, and the directionals worked fine; but the hi and low beams wouldn't work. So then i messed with them a bit and they worked but they are so dim. any suggestions to what could be causing this?
