what are you talking about? I thought you were just skeptical about the ottp canned tune.

The ottp is a solid but safe tune. With a custom tune you can pick up some extra power but nothing extraordinary

is it worth the extra 50$ for a street tune over a 150$ ottp can tune, is a wideband necessary for a street tune?

Yeah you will get more Power with that tune. Costs more, The other advantage to a custom tune is if you decide to drop a pulley or get additional mods he will already have your car unlocked so it will be a cheaper retune.

nope that is still their can tune. just no need for you to send in your PCM or get another one and do the core charge. you pay someone with hptuners to unlock your VIN and flash in the tune file from OTT

that sounds like the best bang for $. should save me about 350$ over wideband + street tune. ill order the stage kit with an ottp h/e i guess. my exhaust is stock tubing mostly with vortex header high flow cat and a baffled axel back. that should restrict me a bit. with the h/e will the can tune keep my iat2's in check for multiple high speed runs?

my exhaust is stock piping, all i have is a vortex header, magnaflow cat and an axel back that has a 1 inch diameter baffle 6 inches in from the exit... is it necessary to do full piping. how much of a difference will i see when the ottp stage 1 kit is installed?

and im guessing full catback with a 3 inch catless downpipe is going to be around 600$
