The car never had a problem with the auto tranny shifting all the way to 6500 rpm. Now after turning off codes that were making the pcm disable the engine the car runs great except for WOT shifting it hits 6k and stops just starts making a burbling sound. Wont shift through it. It is erratic though because sometimes, not all the time it will shift normally if going downhill. It doesnt like going up hill at all and will sometimes shift through on flat but most of the time not. What in the tune would cause this?

On a side note, the shift points were all changed to 5000 rpm shift points and when tested the car just drove and revved all the way up to 8000 rpm. It totally ignored the command. When changed back to 6500 rpm shift points it listened but then started to not wanna go past 6k. Any input?
