I had two chip marks, from rocks possibly, on my hood, so I went to my dealership and asked what I could do or should do. They told me I could repaint the hood but it will happen again. The tech looked at it and used some touch up paint on it for free, which I was very thankful for. For my chips unless you are right up on the hood you I cant tell.

I have had a little bottle of Dupli-color gm touch up paint for about 2 months now, I never got around to using it though. It is supposed to sit for 24hrs... That is why I have avoided it

Buy the GM touch up paint, and the Langka repair kit, and you'll be able to repair any scratch and chip you get , and you'll never be able t tell it was there.

check out the how to.

if you can feel the scratch with your nail then it's great.
surface scratches won't hold the paint
