Rim Touch-Up Paint
let's say you scratched the edge of ur rim, the chrome gets off and u see a black mark
then there's touch up paint for that
My friend did it on his BMW and looks great (of course don't apply this in the middle of the rim, it's for edges only)

If ur talking about the stock chrome "looking" rims we have then i can help u out. They're not chrome. They are polished aluminum. I curb checked my wheels a month or two ago. Even if u just have a scratch u can do this. Sand with like 200 grit to get the scratch out then move up to like 400 gritt than to 600 and end at like 1000-1500. Once the scratch is out and u have sanded the rim with a fine gritt paper so it has a very smooth surface, get metal polish and a polisher. U can do it by hand it will just take a while. I used one of those absorber cloths to apply the polish. It will take alot of elbow grease but u can polish it back to the finish of the rest of the rim. To some it up. Sand out scratched area with sand paper and than use metal polish to polish the spot back to the finish of the rest of the rim.
