Canadian parts supplier!

I'm getting a spec stage 3+ clutch from these guys delivered, taxes incuded for $925Can. The best price I've found so far is from ottp on sale at $689us (reg & $799). So lets do the math and add in all those extras we pay as Canadians when we order from the us:
$689us plus 15% exchange $792 can.
duty @30% of $792 $237 can.
shipping $60us (estimate) $70 can.
total can $ $1099 can.
So you save about $175 over a promotional price and about $350 if it was not on special!
They sell hawk pads for tc's too so check them out!

keep in mind that there is no duty on car parts, new or used, so it will really only cost you $862 from OTT.
honestly ive found on big dollar items canadian vendors cant touch the prices of us vendors plus the shipping costs. reason being is the US vendors sell more of the product and get better pricing and they can pass the saving on. for the most part, canadian vendors use the us MSRP and mark it up based on the dollar, so you end up paying a lot more.

oh yes there is duty on any car part from the U.S. you may avoid the duty on private sails but if you order from a company who doesn't want the irs/customs riding there ass and digging through there records you will pay 30% duty. as I have paid repeatedly.

Trust me, I know... I run a business that imports from all over the world plus own my own automotive parts & accessories business which I import parts frequently.
yeah guys substitute the words taxes & brokerage fees for duty (my bad) it still works out to an additional 25-30% so the price savings remain the same on the clutch. These guys buy from manufactures not suppliers as much as possible so you'll find they will likely save you $ vs buying from the U.S. If your buying something ask them for a price and compare nothing to lose!
They want $105 for rotated mounts priced at $375 after taxes and currency conversion, between the dollar and the customs there has to be a better way to get parts up here. I never paid a damned thing ordered from TTR, but these are from OTT.
if you guys want anything from OTT contact powell motorsports. they work with ott and build their custom parts and can sell them to you direct, and they are in canada so no border charges.
also, ups and fed ex overinflate the brokerage fees because they can make more money there. if you ship with USPS (us postal service) all you pay is the taxes. ive done it may times.
