Thumping noise on passenger side

I have had my passenger side front suspension worked on after a accident. They replaced the axle and everything on that side, and my insurance paid for them to used a used strut as well.

Well recently, when im driving from like 0-20 mph all i hear is this thumping noise coming from that side when i hit any kind of pump or imperfection in the road like something is loose or like the strut is bottoming out. I take it back to the place that did the work (Chesapeake Collision) and they claim they couldn't duplicate the problem. So i get in the car with the guy and as soon as we hit a minor bump we both hear it. But again, he claims he can't find the problem when i leave it there. So they end up replacing everything around the strut EXCEPT for the strut. I'm thinking thats what the problem is, but he insist that isn't the problem.

now i have to take it to the dealership and pay for a diagnostic fee just for them to tear it down and search for the problem.... wtf.
