This happen to anyone before?

Driving to work this morning all of a sudden I hear a loud noise, overtaking the sound of my hahn intake. I had just put on hahn charger piping so I figured it was a loose coupler. It turned out to be the one that connects the cold pipe to the intercooler. I figured it would've been the hot pipe. Threw a MAF CEL to when it happend. Everything is fixed backed up. Just thought it odd to be the cold pipe coming loose.

No, I didn't upgrade to t-clamps, which I don't know why I didn't after it didn't seem much after the money I spent. Should I go out somewhere and get t-clamps, are they better to use?

t-clamps are hands down the better clamp. they wont work loose over time like worm ones do. The stock ones on the tubro side of the cold pipe are tclamps for sure (im all stock though). I would suggest getting all t-clamps.

Can you get t-clamps at a hardware store or automotive parts place.

hmm not sure. Autozone has them, but they may be shipped to the store when you order. 2 days max. ZZP and/or CIA have them.

Anyone know off the diameter of the couplers for the hahn piping, found a website that sells the t-bolt clamps. Might just get a few that and put them in the spots that would be a pain in the butt to tighten if they come loose.

Seems about right after just looking at them on my car. The site I found sells them for $2.60 a clamp, not bad.

Right in between. 2.75". 3" is too large. I put the tbolts on mine after popping my charge piping off I dont know how many times. Dont do it half-assed, do all of them or you will be constantly putting them back on.

I cant remember the size on the turbo coupling and throttle body, they are smaller.
