Oil loss??

Oil loss??

Why every time I check my oil it keeps getting lower? Is that whats it is supposed to do . I see no oil leakes. Dumb question Prob..

No question is dumb! But to answer your question. How are you checking your oil? On a hill warm? cold?

yeah u have to check it cold on a flat surface. but yeah no dumb questions.... i would say check ur exhaust while its running and make sure its not buring oil.

when you change your oil, do you change the gasket as well, cuz if you dont you will loose oil after awhile, the rubber gasket only lasts so long
