wtf..storing a cobalt? n00b!

Yea yea, my cobalt is away for the winter. I have had a sable for a bit so i choose to drive it during the winter and the not SS. Here are some pics!

I have plans for it over the winter. New hood trunk some interior stuff. Pointless to keep removing it and such.

that must suck for all you winter guys to have to store the car away or change rims and not drive it for a long time, weird to me since i never seen that before

I just tell myself its alot less miles on it and it will be like driving a new car in april!

april?! damm you have to wait that long to take it out, i have a extra car and always tell myself to start driving it and leave the cobalt for the weekend, but i cant help myself

Depending how long she sits there without moving she may develop flat spots on the tires...

You may want to look into that. Some say just to inflate you tire way up and other do all sorts of things. But they say not to put you car on jack stands because it'll be to hard on the suspension parts.

Just giving you a heads up!

Ive stored my last cobalt twice..air at max psi and on those same wood blocks = works perfect. It sits until april.

when i deployed i put mine up on blocks and took all but 10psi out of the tires. that way i could still get in, turn it on, put it in gear and let everything get moving and stay in operation.
