Hey guys i bought a 94 ranger 5 speed and i just had the clutch replaced along with the master cylinder and i am having these problems

1. idle revs at around 1300
2. moves even with the clutch pedal all of the way in
3. when stopped, it grinds hard and will not go into gear. yes, this is at idle rpms, without touching gas pedal and fully depressing clutch pedal

any drivetrain gooroos out there? i would really appreciate some help. thanks
