Question 3" tensioner with 2.6" pulley

I'm working on a new setup and had a tensioner question.

Does anyone know if the 3" tensioner I already have from my Psi-Fi kit, will work with a 2.6" pulley? I wasn't sure if I'd have slipping issues.

I just ordered the Siemens 60# injectors from www.lingenfelter.com. I got them for $219shipped!!! Along with that, I ordered the Caspers Injector harness, and a 2.6" pulley from SFPHQ.

I was hoping someone from Intense could shed some light on this. I know they've used the 3" tensioner with a 2.6" pulley.

Thanks!

If you are absolutely sure it is 3.0, yes it will work. Please measure it to verify. Those injs are used at that price, but if they guarantee them, who cares.

I emailed Lingenfelter to verify they weren't some special injector plug but I assumed they were the same Bosch plug. Funny that you found the same thing I did.

Don't be bitter because we found them cheaper, lol.

Yeah it def. 3" tensioner. Had to grind the nub off to install.

As soon as you guys have a good 60# tune, I'm making the 8hr drive!!!

I love the how you guys are already tuning with HPsuite, can't wait to see what you can do! I'll be glued to the forums, anxiously awaiting your updates on this setup.

Keep up the great work! Have a good one.

I didn't mean you djt, I meant FAST06SS!

I know I read you stated you already have 260wtq. I'd love to see that dyno sheet! How are you acheiving such nice tq numbers, just the 2.6" with 42lbers???

o lol

U didnt answer my question...where in pa are u?

I dynoed 233whp with a 2.7 on a mustang

Simulated dynojet run was 274.4whp and like 254 tq...my thread on here has the pics in them...tho they are huge lol.

I'm on a 2.6" now and its a noticable difference...If things go well I'll be dynoing on a dyno dynamics dyno next weekend with a 2.5".

Trying to break 300whp

Dan

Also if u look up fast's thread about dynoing different pulleys the smaller u go the more tq u gain in general.

Can't wait to get a HP tune for these 60lb injectors!!! Hopefully it won't be long before they're ready to sell pcm flashes to the public.

I live in Eastern PA, Pottsville area to be exact. Its about 1.5hrs northeast of Philadelphia. Maybe I'll drive out to a meet sometime.
