Sunroof Squeek
So does anyone else's sunroof squeek? Sounds like the rubber seal. If so what have you done to fix it?

Mine has also begun to squeak. Haven't thought of a fix yet, though.

Any ideas when I do get it opened what grease or lub should be used, it had a light coat of black something on the tracks when I purchased

Use silicone lube ar any interior dressing with silicone and lubricate the entire seal around the sunroof.

Gm has special weatherstrip lubricant. Go to the dealership and pick some up its probably pretty cheap.

From what i have read silicone is very bad to use on rubber. It basically deteriorates it when it is exposed to sunlight.
