I just wanted to see if any one else has had a problem like this.

I have a 2006 5-speed LS it has around 2500 miles on it now. After I get the car into first gear some times when I let off the gas it will bog. The RPMs will just jump up and down. Once I get it into second it stops, and the driving is normal after. It has only happend 3 times, and every time it is around half a tank of gas. I talked to some one from GM and they gave me some crap about gas companies putting water in thier gas and not having high octane any more because of rising gas prices...

 

Mine doesn't bog, but I have noticed that in slow speeds in 1st, and somewhat in 2nd, the idle is...lumpy. Causes the car to lurch a little. I give it a little gas and it's fine...figured this is normal. It's right about the speed where the idle kicks up from 800 to 1500-ish.
