most of the time thay have a year end sale.....but cobalt ss are so rare i dought thay will even have any 2005's at the end of the year....

I doubt there will be many if any ss/sc's left at the end of the model year. Lots of people waiting for them right now will be gobbling up the cars and they hit the dealers.

 

Yeah the dealer where I ordered my car said every SS he got in only lasted for 7 days max before it was gone. Those are the ones he ordered for the lot. Obviously he said ones people ordered they usually showed up before he finished telling them it was there. There wont be any of these laying around.

 

There is $500 in Bonus Money on the Cobalt but only anything that has the 1SA Equipment Group (SmartBuy only), in addition to the $1,000 Hot Button Rebate that's going on now. For most of the country I beleive. GM is always having a sale, that's why more Americans and Canadians buy GM than any other make.

However, we'll start seeing the C/SS showing up as a Used Car in not too long, so some of you who are waiting a few years may want to keep tabs on the used Cobalt SS Market.

Please don't buy this car, finance it for 5 years and then trade it in a year or two later unless you want to be killed in trade value/depreciation. Stick to the SmartBuy, you can drive up to 25,000 miles a year (yes, I said a year) and get a better payment.

 

yea i got my base for 11,500 out the door after gm's hotbutton rebate and some awesome sale the dealer was having, idk about ss's but you can find base models really cheap brand new ifyou look hard enough

 

Yea right, we still don't have any SS's at dealers here
I think Im going to wait for the 06 now

 

we got 7 in stock and already sold 4 b4 those but im still waitin for my arrival blue
to come in

 

we had two in calgary, both at 1 dealer... 1 has just sold after a month of sitting on the lot, and the other one is still there.. both without sunroofs

all the SS's at the dealership im through has sold all 5 allotted to them

im not sure about the other dealers yet

im guessing they wont do any discounts on the cars... like everyone else said... everyone wants one
