Kw Suspension Packages For Cobalts!!!!!!!!!

KW Suspensions has introduced 2 complete suspension sets for the Chevy Cobalt LS. There's detailed info on the webpage. They even have detailed installation instructions INCLUDING FULL COLOR PICS OF THEIR SHOCKS ON A COBALT.
The instructions state that these suspension packages fit the LS only but I'd bet dollars to dimes they'd fit all models.
For more info, click on the little "i" in the white circle. Then click on the little box under "download" for detailed info.
Now, if you don't mind, I'ma go run around screaming until I barf.

So Cobalt vendors...anyone want to step up and carry these for us?

Anyone interested in a KW group buy?

Got the skinny on prices and part numbers.

Height Adjustability is 0.8-2.0/0.8-2.0

Variant 1 non-rebound adjustable $1193.00 through us.
http://dezod.com/pd_kw_variant_2_coiloverscobalt.cfm

The ideal systems for customers wishing to rely on the experience of our engineers yet determine their own degree of lowering. In extensive driving tests our engineers have set the dampers for the best balance between sporty driving, comfort and safety.

• Optimally adjusted, sporty and comfortable dampening technology
• inox-line stainless steel technology at no extra charge
• Individually height adjustable
• German TUEV-tested lowering range
• High-quality components for long life
• Comprehensive documentation for ease of use

Variant 2 rebound adjustable $1485.00 through us
http://dezod.com/pd_kw_variant_2.cfm

The system intended for the experienced driver who requires to not only determine the individual lowering of their vehicle, but adjust the damper setting to fine tune the system to their needs. The adjustable rebound damper allows adjustment of the pitch and roll behavior of the vehicle, adapting it to one‘s own driving preferences.

• Damping technology with individually adjustable rebound
• inox-line stainless steel technology at no additional charge
• Individually height adjustable
• German TUEV-tested adjustment parameters
• High-quality components for long life
• Comprehensive documentation for ease of use
• Infinitely adjustable rebound damping

From experience with these coilovers. I had a set on a car for a year and half daily driven. The car will perform unbeleivable in the corners and at high speed. BUT, if you daily drive, and live in a city with poor roads, it will be a harsh daily commute at times.

If there is enough demand, we can do GB pricing.

Just spoke to my KW rep bout an hour ago. They are shipping these units AND these will fit all the Cobalts. It appears that the 2.0, 2.2 & 2.4L all have identical suspensions just different spring rates from GM.

It states in the instructions that these fit the LS. It doen't mention the LT and it doesn't mention the SS/SC. Which doesn't make any sense. If they fit the LS, it stands to reason they must fit the LT. I don't see why they wouldn't fit the SS/SC. Aren't the only differences between the FE-3 and the FE-5 spring length and metering? I do remember folks who bought the JPB struts graciously offering to sell their old FE-5s to us cheap bastard LS and LT owners so they must think they'll fit. But then again, the JPB peeps said their struts fit the SS/SC only so who knows? I will say that because they lower an LS up to 2", wouldn't that mean that they wouldn't drop an SS/SC any more than they already are? It would give you a lot more adjustability including the ability to raise your car in the winter if you so desired.
