Break in time for new blower?

Well I just had the supercharger replaced, and got the car back today. I babied it home, but is there a timeframe for the break in of new superchargers?

5000 miles.

Oh you meant seriously. I am not sure but it doesn't have all the moving parts of an engine so I doubt you need to be easy on it for too long as there is nothing really that has to seat itself.

I think you should break it in with some low 14s.

i would say about 500 miles the only thing that need to be broken in is the bearings. you want to give them time to be properly lubricated or you could damage them or melt them... thats what i learned in school atleast
