not on ONE PAGE ANYWHERE does it tell HOW MUCH OIL TO ADD.

any way i added 6 quarts (2.4 SS) and noticed today that it wasn't to the full line so i added .5 quarts more and now im there. Is this to much? how much does every1 else add??
the manual is extremely helpfull and specific "be sure to add enough oil to put the level somewhere in the proper operating range, push the dipstick all the way back in when you are through" (page 5-16)

 

I hear ya man....I really needed to knwo what size the lug nuts are when i was at pepboys so i could get wheel locks and well i couldn't find,, or if it is in there, figure out what size they are. I had to instead remove a lug and bring it inside. That was super.

like 7 rows down in the table it has engine oil with filter

2.2L and 2.4L = 5.0 qt

 

I knew where it said and I don't even change my own oil

 

wtf! lol.
okay so how did my **** read less than full when it had 6 qts?
i changed it and drove it for a few days before checking again because it said full after we put 6 in.

 

it did'nt... you must have read it wrong...
