i just got off the phone with my local tuner part dealer i ordered springs(sportlines) 6 weeks ago for my cobalt ss he told me it would be 2 weeks needless to say im pissed at the time line and want to know why its taking so long well he just got off the phone with eibach they said they are changing the drop in the back, to a 1/4" less of a drop. has anyone heard this or he just giving me a line. any help would be great thanks

I don't know what Eibach is doing but my sportlines are fine so I don't get it. Sorry bro....

 

just called eibach customer service and they said they have not changed the springs nor will they be. they were on back order. so now i need to figure out why my tuner shop lied about that. if they just told me i would not be so pissed

Go somewhere else. Sears auto (no, I'm not kidding) is actually a retailer of eibach products.

I am sure one of our WONDERFUL supporting vendors would be VERY happy to sell you a set!!!

 

That is BS, we have them in stock and just got more in this past monday. They never changed anything, and they dont plan on changing anything. We just spoke to our rep on this.

 

I'm gonna have to pick some up, just got my SS/SC yesterday and I really need it lowered.
