Any unfortunate people who have ordered their cars but are still waiting for that special call from their dealer?

 

If they didnt get the call yet they better call and make an 06' order..

In a way I'm glad i'm getting the 06' I'm sure they will fix some problems

 

Still waiting on mine. I work at the dealership and was told they ordered 2 ss/sc when they ordered mine. One black with everything on it (xm, sunroof, side airbags, onstar) and mine (red, sunroof). The black one shows to be shipped and will be here next week. Mine still shows "production hold" I had the sales manager do some investigation and found that mine was wrecked and another one is ordered (i already have the vin # to the first one so im going to track it. So.... mine might be a 2006.

Who knows.

I ordered a Rally Yellow SS/SC with sunroof, been waiting almost 4 months now, mine was finally built on May 25 and it is now in Windsor, only 2 hours from where I live. My dealership called Windsor and has put a rush on it. I will get it sometime this week.

 

thats good but i'm sure every dealer has put a "rush on it" make sure you try to haggle down the price too becuase you ahd to wait soo long.. espcially if you had a deposit at least tell them you want the few bucks they made in intrest off your money. Dont let the dealer get away with holding a deposit for months scot free

 

I'm not too worried bout haggling him down much, i'm already getting the GM employee discount, plus another incentive of $2000 off that i got for ordering when i did, plus this new promotion of 20 cents off per litre, and i have 1000 on my gm visa to use up. I just want a lil for my trade in car that's got 370 000km's on it

 

Well the black one I was talking about came in today. Let me tell all of you that are waiting and have never seen a cobalt SS/SC in person.. Damn they look good!! The pictures dont do them justice. I dodnt get to drive it because it wasnt PDIed yet. Its a black on black with red inserts, sunroof, XM, side curtain airbags. Very nice. Still waiting on mine to come in. They said it might be later this week so who knows...
